Paurnima Pahurkar Pingle

Paurnima Pahurkar Pingle is an experienced professional in technical support and innovation within the personal care and chemical industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Global Tech Support at Salicylates and Chemicals since October 2023, Paurnima leads the Global Technical Lab and Team, focusing on new product development, innovation projects, and supporting sales of UV filters and preservatives. Previously, as Deputy Manager of Technical for APAC at TRI-K Industries from July 2016 to October 2023, Paurnima managed formulation developments and technical support for hair and skin care, while also conducting seminars and workshops. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Technical Support at Akzonobel India Ltd, Executive at Apcotex Industries Limited, and Research Scientist at Anuvi Chem. Ltd, where Paurnima contributed to product development and application testing. Paurnima holds an M.Tech in Polymer Engineering and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, and a B.Tech in the same field from Amaravati University College of Engineering & Technology.
