Kyu-Han Kim

Kyu-Han Kim is a highly accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in AI engineering, research, and development across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of AI Engineering and Research at Salient, Kyu-Han is a founding member of the AI team, focusing on foundational AI technologies for the financial sector and LLM-based multi-agent systems. Previously at Echo AI, Kyu-Han held positions as Research Lead and Senior Staff Engineer, contributing to conversation intelligence technologies and scalable data processing infrastructures. Kyu-Han's tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Distinguished Technologist involved innovations in intelligent edge and networking systems, while earlier roles included Senior Researcher at Deutsche Telekom Labs USA and a Research Intern at NEC Laboratories America. Kyu-Han holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.
