Patricia Snodgrass , PHR

Patricia Snodgrass, PHR, has worked in Human Resources for the past decade. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of Human Capital and Administration for Salient Global Technologies, where they handle recruiting, onboarding, orientation, re-classification, and training for 50 employees across multiple states and countries. Patricia is also responsible for compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and safety/wellness activities.

Prior to this, they worked as Human Resources Manager at Hensley Industries, Inc., a Komatsu company, from 2014-2020. During their tenure, they supervised an HR Generalist, intern, and HR temps while leading the HR function for the 880-employee company. In 2011, they began their HR career as Human Resources Manager at Aloe Vera of America, where they supported HR and Payroll functions for the 300-employee manufacturing and distribution company.
