Allen Smith

Allen Smith is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in both community service and organizational management. Currently serving as the Board President of Salina Family YMCA and President of the NAACP, Allen has also held a long-term position as Senior Pastor at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church since 1999, providing vision and guidance for the ministry. Other notable roles include National Vice Commissioner Against Human Trafficking for the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc. and Director of Diversity and Student Success at Kansas Wesleyan University. Allen's career began in sales, with significant contributions at companies such as Chevron and FMC Corporation. Allen holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and multiple advanced degrees in divinity and agricultural economics.
