Phillip Smith-Hanes

Phillip Smith-Hanes is an experienced county administrator with a significant background in local government management. Currently serving as County Administrator for Saline County Kansas since December 2019, Phillip previously held similar positions in Ellis County Kansas from March 2016 to November 2019 and the County of Humboldt from April 2005 to January 2016.
