Dominique Sexton has over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Dominique began their career in 1989 as a Manager at Genzyme Biosurgery, where they were responsible for Production Operations, Solution Formlation and Equipment Processing. In 1993, they joined Pfizer as a Production Services Manager, where they oversaw Production Service Operations for Clinical and Commercial Operations. Dominique was later promoted to Director of Production Service Operations, a role they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as Plant Manager at Pfizer Animal Health, and then moved to Zoetis, where they held the same role from 2013 to 2016. Dominique then worked as Site Manager at HUVEPHARMA, INC from 2016 to 2017, and then as Sr. Manager Global CMC Facilities UK and US and Facilities Manager at Indivior from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Amgen as Director of Engineering, and most recently, in 2022, they became Director of Facilities and Engineering at SalioGen Therapeutics.

Dominique Sexton attended Salve Regina University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a BS in Biology. Dominique then attended Lesley University from 1995 to 1996, where they earned an MS in Business. In 2008, they attended Wellcoaches, but did not receive a degree or field of study.
