Mason White

Mason White has a diverse work experience in the field of financial aid and scholarships. Mason has held various positions throughout their career, starting as a Customer Service Supervisor at California State University, Chico in 2000. From there, they went on to work as a Student Financial Services Counselor at Simpson University, where they served as a financial aid counselor for re-entry, credential, and graduate students.

In 2007, Mason returned to California State University, Chico as a Financial Aid Advisor, managing large financial aid programs and providing complex advisement to students and parents regarding financial aid eligibility. Mason held this role until 2014 when they joined Ellucian as a User Liaison, providing client liaison and technical support for various offices on campus.

In the same year, Mason took on the role of Associate Director of Financial Aid at Knox College, where they teamed with the Director in administering and managing federal, state, and institutional aid programs. Mason also led outreach initiatives and delivered financial literacy workshops to students.

In 2017, Mason joined California State University, Chico again, this time as a Financial Aid Advisor. Mason managed large financial aid programs and ensured compliance for all Federal Title IV programs. In the same year, they also became the Director of Financial Aid at Peru State College, overseeing the administration and management of financial aid.

Mason's most recent position is as the Director of Financial Aid & Scholarships at Salisbury University since 2019. In this role, they administer and oversees a significant amount of aid and manages a budget of over $800,000. Mason leads a team of eight staff members and ensures the efficient distribution of aid to over 8,500 students.

Throughout their career, Mason White has gained extensive experience in financial aid administration, including managing budgets, implementing aid programs, and providing guidance to students and parents.

Mason White attended California State University, Chico from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Corning Union High School.
