Nicole Lisi has extensive experience in project invoicing, contract management, and human resources spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Project Invoicing and Change Lead at Salit Steel since July 2021, Lisi previously worked as Continuous Improvement Lead at Salit Specialty Rebar and spent 15 years as GTA Contracts Manager at Harris Rebar, focusing on change order management and contract discrepancies. Lisi has a robust background in HR, including managing STD and LTD claims, developing workplace policies, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Lisi holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
