Tracy Browne has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and total rewards. Tracy has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Salit Steel, Semtech, Umicore Automotive Catalysts, ON Semiconductor, Sound Design Technologies Ltd., Gennum Corporation, and Manulife Financial. Tracy Browne pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Sociology at the University of Toronto Mississauga from 1989 to 1993. Following that, from 1994 to 1995, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto, specializing in Human Resources.
