Carol Brown

Carol Brown has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to human resources, organizational development, and leadership. Carol has held positions such as Human Resources Director and Strategic HR/OD Advisor at Salix Finance, where they worked closely with senior leaders to create and deliver HR solutions. Additionally, they have served as a Consultant HR at Walsall Business Hub, providing leadership training, performance management, and HR consultancy to SME organizations. Carol has also worked as a CIPD Lecturer at both Walsall College and City of Wolverhampton College, where they shared their expertise in HR and OD. Carol has held leadership positions at several local authorities, including Worcester City Council and Walsall Council, where they successfully led transformative initiatives and achieved notable results. Throughout their career, Carol has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive organizational change.

Carol Brown earned a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development (MSc HRD) from the University of Wolverhampton. Carol also obtained Fellow qualifications in the field of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) from an institution called CIPD Qualifications.
