Jaruska Solyova

Jaruska Solyova, M.A. E-RYT 500, is a highly experienced and multi-lingual Yoga Teacher and Therapist with a remarkable career spanning over two decades. Currently engaged at the La Jolla Cove Bridge Club and the Salk Institute for Biological Studies since 1999 and 2000 respectively, as well as with HEALTH, HEALING & BEYOND since 1996, Jaruska has trained in more than 20 yoga styles, including specialized instruction in India. Prior experience includes a role at Master Yoga Academy from 1997 to 2000. Jaruska's journey in yoga began in Prague in 1968, reflecting a deep commitment to wellness and healing.
