Chane Wright

Chane Wright has a diverse and extensive work experience. Chane started their career with the US Army as a Communications Systems Operator and later became a Training Simulation Center Supervisor and Instructor. Following their military service, they worked at BDP Properties as a Project Supervisor in Property Management. Chane then transitioned to sales and marketing, serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Wright Investments LLC. Chane also gained experience in business operations as an Owning Partner and LLC Member at GreenTech Building Solutions, LLC.

In 2011, Chane joined ING DIRECT USA as a Human Resources Contractor before moving to Capital One as an IT Sourcing Manager. Chane later worked at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company as a Category Lead and Senior Buyer in Indirect Procurement. Chane then joined Sallie Mae, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Procurement, Sr. IT Project Manager/Engineering Lead, and currently they are the Director of Engineering. Throughout their professional journey, Chane has developed strong skills in procurement, project management, human resources, and engineering leadership.

Chane Wright has a solid education background with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Leadership from the University of Delaware, obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Chane completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, from 2003 to 2005. Chane's initial education includes an Associate's degree in International Business from Monroe Community College, achieved between 1999 and 2001. Alongside their formal education, Chane also holds additional certifications such as the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in March 2018, and the Senior Professional in Supply Management (SPSM) certification from the Next Level Purchasing Association.
