Cindy Nieten

Cindy Nieten is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in technology operations and process improvement. Currently serving as Manager of Technology Operations at Sallie Mae since April 2017, Cindy oversees a team responsible for configuring and supporting Lender, School, and Chat Profiles. Prior to this, Cindy spent over a decade at Allied Solutions LLC in various roles, including Business Solutions System Manager, where the focus was on data collection and system enhancements while pursuing a Black Belt in Six Sigma Process Improvement. Earlier career experience includes a role as System Administrator at OneMain Financial, where Cindy managed an Insurance Tracking System. Cindy completed high school education at Mater Dei High School and has attended Ivy Tech Community College.
