Dave Hallgarth MBA, PMP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and resource management, currently serving as Vice President in the Office of the CIO at Sallie Mae since January 2003. Throughout their tenure, Dave has held various roles including Sr. Director of the Portfolio Delivery Office and Director of the Project Delivery Office, demonstrating strong leadership in Systems Development and project management.
