Faizal Chaudhury

Faizal Chaudhury is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in internal audit, customer-centric strategies, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Auditor and Vice President; Head of Customer Centricity at Sallie Mae since November 2013, Faizal has successfully spearheaded initiatives to enhance customer experience, developed the internal audit function, and aligned investments in technology to drive digital transformation. Prior roles include Vice President at TD and Bank of America, where Faizal led audit teams and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. With an educational background that includes an MBA from The University of Chicago and executive education from distinguished institutions, Faizal holds credentials as a CPA, CIA, and CGMA.
