Kareliz Brown

Kareliz Brown has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Sallie Mae since March 2015, where Kareliz currently holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner and Head of Employee Relations. Kareliz has progressed through various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Employee Relations and HR Shared Services, and Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included enhancing employee engagement and overseeing talent acquisition strategies. Earlier roles included Human Resources Business Partner at Time Warner Cable, and Human Resources Manager at Bartlett Dairy, where Kareliz managed HR functions for substantial employee bases across multiple locations. Kareliz holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University.
