Kim Edwards

Kim Edwards has an extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and talent management. Kim is currently working at Sallie Mae as the Vice President of HR Business Partner, where they support the Chief Commercial and Chief Operations Officers. Additionally, they lead all talent and performance functions for the company. Prior to their current role, Kim worked at Capital One in several senior HR positions, including as Sr. Director of HR Business Partner Enterprise & LOB Technology and Sr. Director of HR Business Partner Card Segments. Kim also served as the Director of HR Business Partner for Small Business Bank and Technology, where they were responsible for leading HR strategy and providing support to various business units. Kim has a strong background in integrating teams and driving culture and has been recognized for their leadership in HR.
