Leah Pate Hartman

Leah Pate Hartman currently serves as the Technology Onboarding Learning Lead at Synchrony since January 2023. Prior to this role, Leah was the Learning and Development Coordinator at Project Bonfire from April 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading training and workshops to foster innovative organizational cultures and enhance team creativity and collaboration. Leah also worked as a 5th Grade Lead Teacher at The Lovett School from July 2017 to April 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education and a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University, with additional coursework completed at Teachers College, Columbia University.
