Mark D. Chaump

Mark D. Chaump has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Mark D. began their career as a Benefits Administrator at Towers Perrin from June 2004 to February 2006. Mark D. then moved on to Christiana Care Health System, where they worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst from February 2006 to September 2012. In September 2012, they joined Sallie Mae as a Benefits Manager and held this position until September 2014. Mark D. then became the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Sallie Mae, a role they held until January 2018. From January 2018 to September 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Employee Engagement, Experience & Recognition at Sallie Mae. In September 2020, they transitioned into the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sallie Mae. Most recently, in June 2022, they were appointed as the Head of People Operations & Technology at Sallie Mae. In addition to their corporate experience, they also served as a Historic Area Commissioner at the City of New Castle from March 2019 to July 2022.
