Mark Perrault

Senior Director, Enterprise Data Services at Sallie Mae

Mark Perrault has extensive work experience in the technology and data industry. Mark has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2001, Mark worked as the Director of Business Applications at ING Direct USA for four years. Mark then joined eOriginal, Inc. as the Vice President of Software Engineering from 2005 to 2007.

Following that, Mark served as the Senior Director of the Data Group at Advertising.com/AOL/TimeWarner, where they managed database and business intelligence teams. During this time, they utilized Netezza datawarehouse appliance technology and SAP Business Objects and SAS to deliver information to the organization.

From 2010 to 2015, Mark worked at Sallie Mae/Navient as the Vice President of Enterprise Data Intelligence. Mark then moved on to College Ave Student Loans as the Chief Information Officer from 2015 to 2016.

Most recently, Mark has been working at Sallie Mae as the Senior Director of Enterprise Data Services. In this role, they are responsible for all data services, including data lakes, data warehouses, data marts, and tooling for the bank. Mark has also been involved in leveraging the latest SaaS offerings as the company aims to become more "cloud native."

Additionally, Mark founded MyDataGroup, LLC in 2009. This boutique firm focuses on providing technology strategies and solutions to a wide range of clients, including AstraZeneca, Autotrader.com, Citrix Systems, Daiichi Sankyo, Novartis, and Ulta Cosmetics.

Overall, Mark Perrault has a wealth of experience in managing data services, leading technology teams, and implementing data solutions in various industries.

Mark Perrault earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from the United States Naval Academy between 1991 and 1994.
