Nicholas Pirollo

Nicholas Pirollo has a strong background in engineering, technology advisory, and co-founding various companies. Nicholas is currently working as the Senior Director of Engineering at Sallie Mae since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technical Advisor at ivee starting from January 2019. Nicholas also co-founded Aberrant.IO as the Co-Founder and Chairman in October 2021. Other co-founding experiences include Antengo in 2014 and Scholly, Inc. in 2012 (acquired by Sallie Mae in July 2023), where they held positions such as CTO and Director. Nicholas has also held roles as a Director at hoo.be from April 2018 to June 2023 and Deputy CTO at First Republic Bank from October 2020 to September 2021. Nicholas has also served as VP of Engineering and VP of Architecture at First Republic Bank. Additionally, they co-founded I'm Making A Difference in March 2020 and has provided technology advisory services at Psykee and YING.

Nicholas Pirollo has a variety of educational experiences. Nicholas completed the HBX CORe program in Business Administration and Management at Harvard Business School. Nicholas also earned a BS degree in Computer Engineering and another BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University. In 2006, they attended Camden County College with a focus on Computer and Information Sciences. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) from (ISC)² in 2018.
