Nikki Manus

Nikki Manus, MSM, PMP, SASM has extensive work experience in project management and technology roles. Nikki currently serves as the Director of Technology Project Management at Sallie Mae, where they are responsible for overseeing technology projects. Prior to this role, they worked as a Strategy Realization Project Manager and Technical Project Manager at Sallie Mae.

Before joining Sallie Mae, Nikki worked at Briljent as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing project plans and mitigating risks for the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) contract. Nikki also provided consultative support for project management.

Nikki also gained experience at Roche Diagnostics as a Marketing/Sales Development Consultant, where they managed sales and marketing quality initiatives and provided leadership in process improvement. At the State of Indiana, they served as a Program Coordinator, managing customer satisfaction surveys.

Nikki'scareer began at SallieMae as a Data Analyst, where they handled written and direct communications with various stakeholders and provided analysis of accounts.
