Sara Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sara started their career at Windstream Communications as an Analyst II, where they managed relationships with major carriers and handled billing setup. Sara then worked at Acxiom as a Decision Support Analyst/Project Manager, providing support for financial services applications and leading hardware conversion projects. Sara later joined Regions Bank as an Assistant Vice President, implementing direct marketing campaigns and using SQL and Unica Campaign Management for targeted marketing. Sara also worked as an Interaction Manager at RR Donnelley, managing client relationships and reporting change management in multiple channels. At Regions Bank, Sara held positions as the VP of Senior Operations Team Lead for Outbound Database Marketing and VP of Program Manager for Marketing Technology Project Lead. In these roles, they oversaw communication across business lines, defined technical requirements, and evaluated new technologies. Most recently, Sara has been working at Sallie Mae as the Director of Data Management.
Sara Rogers earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies, with a focus on Public Relations, from Arkansas Tech University. Sara attended from 2002 to 2006. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they pursued a Master's Degree in Information Systems at the University of Phoenix. Sara Rogers also holds a certification as a Scrum Master, obtained from the Scrum Alliance in 2023.
