Nicolai Gradman

Nicolai spent 9 years at Grundfos (1993-2002), where he was Deputy Director and Factory Manager until he left for Esko in Belgium to be SVP, CAM & Supply Chain. After 10 years at Esko he joined Salling group in his current position in 2013.

He holds an MSc in Engineering from Aalborg University and previously serviced in the Danish Reserves.
