Antonio Carlos Vanzo Junior

Antonio Carlos Vanzo Junior has an extensive work experience in the field of research and development in the cosmetics industry. From 1993 to 2006, they worked at Unilever in various roles, including Regional and Global R&D Manager, where they managed all personal categories in R&D and oversaw process development at manufacturing sites. Antonio Carlos also engaged in external collaboration and open innovation activities. From 2006 to 2010, Antonio worked at IFF as the Regional Technology Manager, focusing on supporting clients in Latin America and leading natural ingredients development efforts. At Hypermarcas S/A, they served as the R&D Sr Director from 2010 to 2017, demonstrating a strong ability to create new products and concepts, as well as driving innovation and external collaboration activities. After that, they joined Coty as the VP R&D - Local and Global Projects, responsible for leading both local and global R&D projects. Finally, in 2019, Antonio Carlos Vanzo Junior took on the role of CSO (Chief Scientific Officer) at Sallve.
