Deborah Morris

Deborah Morris is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in merchandising and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Merchandising at Sally Beauty since February 2022, Deborah previously held the role of Senior Director at Let's Make Art, where a successful pivot to mixed media experiences and a significant expansion of the SKU offering were achieved. As Managing Owner of Covid Solutions during 2020, Deborah adapted to market demands in personal protective equipment. Deborah's tenure at Gordmans as Merchandise Planner involved transforming Stage Stores into Gordmans with innovative processes, and prior roles at Stage Stores and Macy's included responsibilities ranging from Sr. Director of Beauty to Regional Merchandising Manager, successfully driving multimillion-dollar growth and enhancing customer experiences. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in marketing and a minor in management from the University of Arizona.
