Joe Condomina

Joe Condomina is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation and e-commerce growth across leading companies. As Chief Technology Officer at Sally Beauty since September 2017, Joe developed a comprehensive transformation roadmap and successfully migrated e-commerce platforms to enhance online sales. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of IT Solution Delivery at Signet, where Joe played a critical role in the Sterling-Zale merger, and Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at Zale, leading a significant modernization initiative. Joe's career began at Neiman Marcus, overseeing direct-to-consumer systems, and includes foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Verizon. Joe holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
