Nicole Anderson

Nicole Anderson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in DEI program management and HR leadership across renowned companies. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and DEI Field Program Manager at Sally Beauty, Nicole designs and implements DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive culture within the North American sector. Previously, as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Old Navy, Nicole oversaw human resources programs and collaborated with senior leadership to align staffing strategies with organizational goals. In earlier roles, including Senior District Human Resources Manager at H&M, Nicole played a pivotal role in managing HR operations for a large division while supporting numerous stores and employees. Educationally, Nicole holds a B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing from Georgia State University, an M.S. in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University, and completed a program in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Cornell University.
