Renee Simpson

Renee Simpson is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in merchandising and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at Sally Beauty since May 2023, Renee previously held the position of Sales Director at Plaid Enterprises from October 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Renee was the Director of Merchandising for Softlines at GameStop from July 2018 to October 2022 and worked as a Category Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc. from February 2016 to July 2018. Renee's extensive experience also includes various roles at Walmart, including Senior Buyer, Buyer, Modular Development Manager, Merchandise Financial Planner, Apparel Buyer Trainer, and Support Manager, spanning from August 1999 to February 2016. Renee holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Marketing and Management from Northwood University.
