The board of directors at Sally Beauty has a history of experience in finance and business. Partners at Kirkland & Ellis and BDT & Company, LLC, as well as an Executive Managing Director at Stroz Friedberg and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MultiPlan, have all served on the board. In addition, the board has included a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and Managing Director - Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Americas and Managing Director - Co-Head of Financial Services Mergers & Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley. All members of the board have experience in finance, with some also having experience in law (United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas at U.S. Department of Justice) or business administration. All members of the board also have a degree from a university, with most having degrees in finance from The University of Texas at Austin or Indiana University Bloomington.
