Tom de Vilder

Tom De Vilder currently serves as an ERP Process Champion at Sally Europe, where responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping and improvement, user acceptance testing, and the implementation of a new ERP system for the organization. Previously, Tom worked as a Commercial Planner at Sally Europe, focusing on promotional planning, forecasting, and results analysis across various metrics such as assortment, inventory, sales, and pricing. Prior to this, Tom was a Business Analyst at Pro-Duo, engaging in promotion sales forecasting and reporting on inventory levels and assortment performance. Tom's career began as an Assistant Data Manager at Pro-Duo. Educationally, Tom holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science and a Master's degree in Business Engineering, both from Ghent University. Tom also completed secondary education at KA Voskenslaan Gent.
