Christina Barnes

Christina Barnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management analysis and human resources. Currently serving as Management Analyst IV at AMEWAS, Inc. since November 2019, Christina applies expertise in administrative and management functions to support Division Leadership and enhance organizational effectiveness. At Salmon Group, Inc., Christina has held the role of HR/Benefits Manager since March 2016. Previous positions include various roles at National Geographic Society from 1999 to 2016, culminating as Manager of Compliance & Rights Management, and earlier roles at National Geographic Television from 1994 to 1999. Christina holds multiple certificates from the Center for Development of Security Excellence and has a certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the College of Southern Maryland. Education includes ongoing studies at BICC Baltimore International Culinary College and a high school diploma from Gwynn Park High School.
