Cécile Blondel

Cécile Blondel is an accomplished professional in Total Rewards and International Mobility, currently serving as the Global Head of Total Rewards & International Mobility at Salomon since May 2024. With a strong foundation in compensation strategy and employee management, Cécile previously held roles including Group Head of Total Rewards at SIGNA Sports United, where compensation structures and long-term incentive plans were revamped, and Group Total Rewards Manager at Marley Spoon, where a compensation policy and job leveling framework were implemented.
