Laurent Coudurier

Laurent Coudurier has extensive experience in the footwear industry, currently serving as Responsable industrialisation footwear and S/LAB Project manager footwear at Salomon since February 2014. Responsibilities include coordinating project groups, managing product creation from brief to pre-production, and leading innovative projects such as the development of a 100% recyclable shoe. Previously, Laurent held roles as Advanced product manager footwear and Quality and industrialisation technician at Salomon, focusing on concept development, technology collaboration, process improvement, and quality standards. Earlier experience includes a quality trainee position at Salomon and a process technician trainee role at CIAT. Laurent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
