Sophia Fleischer

Sophia Fleischer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sophia began their career in 2011 at The Parthenon Group, where they served as an Associate and later as a Principal. In 2016, they briefly worked at Serena & Lily in a Strategy and eCommerce role. In 2017, they joined EY-Parthenon as a Consultant and steadily progressed to the roles of Director and Senior Director. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Strategic Initiatives at Salon Lofts starting from 2023. Throughout their career, Sophia has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, consulting, and leadership.

Sophia Fleischer began their education in 2002 at St. Andrew's School, where they completed their secondary education. From 2006 to 2011, they attended Barnard College and Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Art History and Psychology. Later, in 2015, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
