Fenna Jorritsma

Head of Talent Acquisition at Salonkee

Fenna Jorritsma has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Fenna is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Salonkee since July 2023. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at PPRO from April 2019 to June 2023, where they managed the global talent acquisition team and was responsible for hiring and onboarding the best talent for the company's locations worldwide. Fenna also served as the acting HR Business Partner for the Luxembourg office.

Before PPRO, Fenna worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Alexander Mann Solutions from September 2017 to March 2019, providing recruitment services. Fenna also gained experience as a Corporate Recruitment Consultant at the European Investment Bank (EIB) from March 2016 to March 2019, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes and focused on recruitment strategy and talent operations. Fenna was also responsible for addressing gender diversity topics throughout the bank.

Prior to that, Fenna worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright from August 2015 to September 2017, where they worked on various recruitment projects in the Netherlands and abroad, specializing in recruitment strategy, end-to-end recruitment, relationship management, and client engagement.

Fenna also gained experience as a Corporate Recruitment Consultant at ICL Group from September 2015 to March 2016, where they were involved in setting up a new regional service center in Amsterdam and recruiting employees from around the world.

Earlier in their career, Fenna worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Real Staffing from April 2013 to July 2015, and as a Recruiter/Business Support at Qmagic from September 2012 to March 2013. Fenna also completed internships in the field of HR at Virtual Human Resources from February 2012 to June 2012 and at Maison de Bonneterie from September 2010 to January 2011.

Fenna Jorritsma attended the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. In 2011 and 2012, they continued their studies at the same university, but the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
