Adriana Alves

Adriana Alves is an experienced People Operations professional, currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Hopin since February 2021, after previously holding the role of People Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a People Partner for the Volkswagen Software Development Center in Lisbon, where responsibilities encompassed establishing onboarding and off-boarding processes, as well as managing employment contracts and operational HR tasks. Earlier roles include Tech Recruiter and Business Developer at Hays, focusing on the recruitment of tech professionals, and a recruitment internship at Grupo Clave within the catering sector.
