Joe Gaudreau

Joe Gaudreau has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Joe began their career at Philips Healthcare, where they worked as a System Test Engineer Intern and later as a Clinical Research and Validation Intern/Co-Op. At Lynx System Developers, Inc., they served as a Product Development Engineer, overseeing the development and testing of a real-time athlete tracking system.

In 2014, Gaudreau joined Salsify, where they held multiple roles and steadily progressed within the company. Joe started as a Customer Success Manager before moving on to become a Sr. Manager and then a Sr. Director of Global Customer Success. In this position, they were responsible for driving customer success strategies and leading cross-functional teams.

Gaudreau further expanded their responsibilities at Salsify as a Sr. Director of Commerce Strategy, where they proposed and developed the Value Engineering & Consulting department. Joe then became the Vice President of PreSales, scaling the department from 10 to 45 members. As Vice President of Product Management, they led product strategy, go-to-market growth, and technology integrations. Most recently, Gaudreau served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Salsify.

Throughout their career, Gaudreau has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully scaling departments, driving growth, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Joe Gaudreau holds a Master's Degree in Innovation which they obtained from Northeastern University between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Merrimack College from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. In terms of additional certifications, Joe received the Salsify Foundations Proficiency certification from Salsify in February 2022, the PIM Proficiency certification in January 2021, and participated in the Intelligent.ly Exchange Program, offered by Intelligent.ly, in July 2016.
