Deanna Silva

Deanna Silva is currently the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Salt & Straw since July 2023. Prior to their current role, Deanna worked at Atrium as a Talent Experience Manager and Senior Recruiter. Deanna also has experience as the Interim Head of People at Sustainable Restaurant Group, and has held various HR and recruiting positions at Atrium Staffing. Additionally, Deanna was the Owner/Baker at Nesbit Dogs, LLC and worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud. Deanna holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services & Counseling from the University of Scranton, and a Diploma in Pastry Arts and Baking from the Institute of Culinary Education.
