Kelley Foy

Kelley Foy has over 20 years of experience in HR, having worked as an HR Manager for Columbia Machine, Inc. for nearly two decades and most recently as an HR Business Partner for LifePort, Inc. During their tenure at these companies, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, provided guidance and mentoring to employees on various topics, and partnered with local organizations to attract talent. Kelley is set to start work as a Benefits Administrator for Salt & Straw in 2023.

Kelley Foy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Kelley also received additional certifications in various fields, including the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®), and a Short-Course Micro-credential: Get Happy from Purdue University Global. These certifications were obtained between 2015 and 2021.
