Director Of Brand Marketing at Salt and Straw

Nikki Yoerg has extensive work experience in brand marketing and account management. Nikki is currently working as the Director of Brand Marketing at Salt & Straw since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Brand Executive at Wieden + Kennedy from March 2020 to November 2021. Nikki also held various roles at Deutsch LA, including Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Assistant Account Executive, from August 2017 to March 2020. Before that, Nikki worked at Nina Hale / Performance Digital as an Assistant Account Manager and Account Management Intern. Nikki was also the President/Strategist at the National Student Advertising Competition and an Associate Community Manager at Space150. Additionally, they gained experience as an Emerging Media Specialist at Bolin Marketing, a Communications Intern at the University of Minnesota, and a Brand Ambassador at Periscope. Nikki's involvement in the advertising industry began in 2013 as a member of the Ad2 Events Committee at Ad Fed.

Nikki Yoerg attended Edina High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they went on to study at the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Strategic Communications. In 2015, Nikki also spent a semester at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. Additionally, in 2016, Nikki obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
