Joe Taylor

Joe Taylor is an experienced transportation planner with a strong background in urban planning and public policy. Currently serving as a Transportation Planner for Salt Lake City Corporation since October 2019, Joe has previously held roles as an Active Transportation Planner and Graphics/GIS Specialist at the Utah Transit Authority from 2014 to 2019. Additional experience includes planning work at the City of West Jordan and a focus on land use policy and public outreach with Envision Utah. Joe's early career involved field archaeology with Sagebrush Consultants. Joe holds a Master's degree in City and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the same institution.
