Robert Pettitt

Robert Pettitt currently serves as the Dean of the School of Health Sciences at Salt Lake Community College since June 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Faculty at Force Science from June 2021 to June 2022, and as Director of the Office of Research & Sponsored Projects at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions from July 2017 to October 2021. From August 2008 to July 2017, Robert served as Professor and Chair at Minnesota State University, Mankato, following an appointment as Assistant Professor and Director at California State University, Fresno from August 2005 to July 2008. Robert Pettitt holds a PhD in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah, a Master of Science in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from the State University of New York Cortland.
