Bruce Miller

Bruce Miller, MBA PMP, serves as the IT Strategic Planning Manager for Salt Lake County. Previously, Bruce held the position of Past President at GMIS from 2007 to 2008 and worked as a Technology Business Consultant at The Management Network Group, where responsibilities included managing the implementation of a VoIP CDR collection software network for international call termination. Bruce also served as IS Director at Teltrust from 1997 to 2000. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2001 and 2003, and studies at the University of Utah from 2015 to 2019.
