Paulo Mendes

Paulo Mendes is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and consulting, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Since October 2014, Paulo has served as a Senior System Analyst at Salt Mobile, specializing in Fiber product's Provisioning, CRM, and Rating systems. Previously, Paulo held roles at Orange Switzerland, where expertise in Oracle BRM as a Senior Business Analyst was demonstrated, and as an Oracle BRM consultant. Consulting experience also includes working with Vodafone Pacific as an independent consultant for IBM and with Clix, focusing on telecom billing systems integration, and earlier roles at Optimus involving billing systems' payments interface development. Paulo holds a Licenciate in Computer Science Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (1992 - 1997).
