Thierry Clavel

Thierry Clavel has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Thierry worked at Salt Mobile from 2015 to the present as the Director of Corporate Security & Lawful Interception after previously serving as the Corporate Security & Lawful Interception Manager. Prior to their time at Salt Mobile, Thierry worked at Orange Switzerland for 17 years, starting in 1998. During their time at Orange, they held various roles including Corporate Security & Lawful Interception Manager, Corporate Security and Trusted Services Manager, Corporate Security Manager, Security Services Manager, and IT Security Manager. Thierry began their career at Scitec in 1995 as a Software Engineer.

Thierry Clavel earned a Bachelor of Science HES-SO degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences (EIVD, Yverdon-les-Bains) from 1991 to 1995. Thierry also has additional certifications including Certified CISO (C|CISO) from EC-Council in 2012, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in 2011, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2005, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2003. Thierry recently obtained a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) certification from ISACA in 2020.
