Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Stephen Fader is an experienced security and guest services professional with a diverse background in various roles within the sports and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Security Officer at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick since February 2017, Stephen has previously worked as a Guest Service Agent and gained significant experience with teams such as the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies. Stephen has also excelled in tour guiding at the University of Notre Dame, where responsibilities included serving as an ambassador and providing guided tours of campus facilities. Additionally, experience includes event security, shuttle driving, and guest services across multiple venues and events. Education includes a high school diploma from John Adams High School in South Bend, Indiana.
Salt River Fields at Talking Stick
Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) partnered with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies to build the award-winning Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, which opened in 2011 as the first Major League Baseball Spring Training facility to be built on Indian land in the nation. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick includes an 11,000-seat capacity ballpark, a total of 12 practice fields and office buildings that include Major and Minor League clubhouses, training facilities, and offices for each team.
