Amanda Fitzsimmons

Amanda Fitzsimmons is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both corporate and litigation roles. Currently serving as Head of Legal at Salt Security, Amanda previously held significant positions at Coinbase, including Director and Associate General Counsel for Litigation. Prior experience includes partnership at DLA Piper and clerking for the Honorable Michael M. Anello at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, as well as a law clerk position in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of California. Amanda Fitzsimmons earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from San Diego State University.
