Doron Bargo

Doron Bargo is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in managing customer-focused engineering teams and driving innovative solutions. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Salt Security since March 2024, Bargo previously held the same title at Logz.io, where responsibilities included overseeing end-to-end processes and developing high-quality features in a fast-paced environment. Earlier experience includes roles at Oracle as a Professional Services Manager and Solution Architect, managing expert teams at multiple customer sites, and significant positions within the Israel Defense Forces, culminating in Engineering Group Manager. Bargo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University and is currently pursuing further education at The Open University of Israel.
