Lucy Norman

Lucy Norman is currently the Director of People & Culture at SALT XC, where she oversees HR leadership, talent management, development and engagement, DEI, and culture initiatives. Previously, Lucy held roles such as Associate Vice President Talent at Info-Tech Research Group and Senior Account Manager at Randstad Professional - Accounting & Finance. She also worked as a Senior Consultant in IT and Recruitment at various companies before moving into her current position. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) in Communications from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
